Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance – San Francisco
Our team recently completed a commercial HVAC maintenance project in San Francisco involving 11 rooftop package units.
When the tenants moved into the property, there was no clear identification showing which thermostat controlled each rooftop unit or area of the building. To improve organization and make future service easier, we traced each thermostat, identified the corresponding rooftop unit, and properly labeled both the thermostats and equipment.
Once the systems were mapped and labeled, we completed preventative maintenance on all 11 package units, checking overall operation and helping ensure the equipment was performing properly.
This type of detailed HVAC maintenance not only helps improve system reliability, but also makes future diagnostics, repairs, and service more efficient for both the property and servicing technicians.
